Candidates are employed by Young Financials and temporarily deployed within our organisation. This prevents new hires on payroll. Candidates sign a full labour agreement with Young Financials; acquisition of the candidate once this contract terminates is possible. Organisation are therefore able to judge from a professional standpoint if a candidate is suitable with minimal employment risks. It is also possible to directly employ suitable candidates.
We directly interact with the responsible managers. Therefore, we know in detail which factors are crucial in order to successfully fill your vacancy. We develop a thorough and extensive pre-selection process and introduce one or two candidates per job vacancy. International talents, if needed, are selected on several European locations, according to Dutch quality standards. We are also a recognised sponsor, so we are able to employ and deploy candidates with a residence permit requirement.
